Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for children aged 12 months to preschool.

Your primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the education program in your room and centre team, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

You will engage and supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all children.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also build strong relationships with children and families, communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and interactive educational programs
  • Provide individualized attention and support to children, meeting their unique needs and abilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
