**Role:** Educator
**Location:** Mannering Park, NSW
**Centre:** Central Coast Learning Centre
**Employment Type:** Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00 am to 6.00 pm

As an Educator at Goodstart, you will be part of a team that values flexibility and teamwork. You put child safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to individual needs.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
Engage and supervise children at all times
Maintain a safe environment for children, families and staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About the Centre:**
Our centre is conveniently located in Mannering Park, near local schools and community facilities. The outdoor learning spaces include natural play areas to encourage children to explore and interact with nature.

We cater to children aged between 12 months and six years across two indoor learning environments. Our programs focus on inquiry-based learning, using a curriculum centred around the Early Years Learning Framework. We tailor our approach to each child's unique strengths, needs and interests.
