  • Oversee structural design for complex building projects
  • Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings and tenders
  • Guide projects from concept to delivery, focusing on quality and compliance
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting professional growth
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in buildings, preferably in health, education or residential sectors
  • Chartered (CPEng) and RPEQ (or working towards)

  • Proficient in structural design software and up-to-date with Australian standards
