Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Sydney.

  • Develop hiring strategies, attract top talent, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple regions.

This role requires expertise in recruitment, pipeline management, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services or technology.
  • Skilled in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screening and evaluation of candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve process efficiency and hiring quality.
  • Build relationships with functional leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals.
