Design and Deliver Land Projects

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Cairns. Our approach covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.

As a civil designer, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions for land, urban, and subdivision projects in this region. This role suits an experienced 12D designer who has worked on civil projects.

The Role
  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure).
  • Interpret civil design requirements from state government, local government authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping.
  • Interact with clients regarding project needs to ensure expert and quality service is delivered.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams nationally.
About You
  • Demonstrated civil design/drafting experience within a consulting environment.
  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
