We work across a wide range of civil projects with a strong emphasis on regional development, safety, and practical, tailored solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Engineer to join our growing team. Based in Cairns, with some flexibility for remote work, this is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional ready to play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of diverse infrastructure projects across Far North Queensland and beyond.

Support the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects in line with scope, budget, and time requirements

Collaborate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success

Conduct site inspections, oversee QA processes, and monitor compliance with industry standards and local regulations

Assist in preparing technical reports, design documentation, and tender submissions

Provide engineering input into scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and construction methodologies

Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions

Contribute to continuous improvement across our project delivery framework

A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, ideally within regional or remote environments

Sound understanding of Australian standards, local government codes, and WHS legislation

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems

Experience working in remote or regional contexts will be highly regarded

Current driver's licence and ability to travel to site as needed
