Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team in Far North Queensland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of diverse civil projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate civil infrastructure projects in line with scope, budget, and time requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
  • Conduct site inspections, oversee QA processes, and monitor compliance with industry standards and local regulations
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, design documentation, and tender submissions
  • Provide engineering input into scheduling, risk assessment, and construction methodologies
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across our project delivery framework
About You
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, ideally within regional or remote environments
  • Sound understanding of Australian standards, local government codes, and WHS legislation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Experience working in remote or regional contexts will be highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel to site as needed
