Compliance Coordinator Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join the Aon Compliance team as a Compliance Coordinator. This role will provide support to the Compliance Manager and Chief Compliance Officer with management of incidents, complaints, regulatory projects, and financial crime due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager
  • Assisting with the management of incidents, complaints, regulatory projects, and financial crime due diligence
  • Assisting with responding to compliance-related queries, including responding to client, insurer, and regulatory compliance questionnaires
  • Preparing reports for internal Compliance and Aon governance committees, including arranging meetings, creating meeting packs, and minute-taking
  • Assisting with delivering Compliance training
  • Building collaborative and productive working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders within and outside Aon to uplift the compliance function
Requirements
  • An understanding of compliance or experience within a similar role
  • Experience working within a highly regulated organization/industry or in Insurance Broking and Financial Services
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple engagements, processes, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive nature with the ability to show initiative and a sense of urgency
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow direction accurately
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
