Working in employee benefits can be a fulfilling career, especially when you have the opportunity to make a real impact. Our company is seeking a Benefits Advisor to join our team.

This role plays a key part in delivering and continuously improving our employee benefits offering. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, build strong relationships with suppliers, manage communications, and drive engagement initiatives that bring our benefits to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of benefits administration undertaken by Central teams – managing service level agreements, addressing issues, assessing trends and ensuring our internal teams are kept up to date on changes

  • A confident problem-solver who can think creatively, challenge the norm, and suggest process improvements to make things run more efficiently

We're committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and welcome applications from people with disabilities.
