Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to support the operational execution of employee benefits programs across our organization. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of benefits data, while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the day-to-day operations of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans.
  • Analyze, audit, and reconcile benefits data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues and service disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Identify trends and process inefficiencies, recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on benefit metrics, enrollment activity, and plan performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong focus on operational processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a hybrid position with a confirmed expectation of days in office.
