  • Analyze and reconcile benefits data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.", "
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues and service disruptions.", "
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.", "
  • Identify trends and process inefficiencies, recommend and implement process improvements.", "
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation.", "
  • Generate regular reports on benefit metrics, enrollment activity, and plan performance.", "

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)", "
