As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. Your primary goal will be to achieve membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retain existing members through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programmes, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
About You
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
