Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Spearhead daily hospital operations
- Collaborate with executive management members to drive business strategy
- Foster relationships with community partners as a hospital representative
- Work closely with Medical Directors and directors to ensure integrated hospital services

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health administration; Master's degree an asset
- 8-10 years of professional experience relevant to the position and/or in health services management
- Proficiency in hospital systems and administration
- Strong leadership skills to rally teams in complex environments
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills for supervising hospital operations
