Job Summary

\

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cost Manager to assist on feasibility studies, write procurement reports, estimate, and cost plan.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Support feasibility studies, prepare pre-tender estimates, conduct tender analysis, and compile contractual documents.
  • Manage post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and progress claim assessments.
  • Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to value engineering and ensure key information is documented.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and maintain relationships with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Adhere to project governance processes and systems throughout the project.
  • May have SOX control responsibilities.
