Lead Culinary Expert for Airport Dining

The opportunity to spearhead our culinary team awaits at a leading airport restaurant. As a passionate and experienced Head Chef, you will oversee menu creation, kitchen operations, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive kitchen operations to achieve financial targets, maintain profit margins, and drive business growth.
  • Oversee menu planning and design, consistently producing fresh and high-quality food offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all back of house operations.
  • Manage inventory control, cost of goods sold, and labor costings and reporting.

We are seeking an experienced candidate who has:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
  • Minimum Certificate IV Commercial Cookery.
  • Diploma of Hospitality, HACCP Certification & Australian Culinary Federation qualified chef, preferred.
  • Extensive experience in menu planning & design.
  • Proven ability in managing, developing, and motivating a diverse team of chefs and cooks.
