Italian Cuisine Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Italian cuisine specialist to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with day-to-day operations and crew management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning, organising, supervising, and coaching the team to ensure every section of the kitchen operates at optimal efficiency.
  • Display leadership and passion for global cuisine trends, particularly Italian cuisine.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef with a focus on Italian cuisine.
  • Exemplary leadership skills and knowledge of global cuisine trends.
  • Experience with managing and maintaining food safety programs and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and work autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
