Job Description:
We're looking for dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a Casual basis (as required). As an Educator with us, you'll be instrumental in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners, working closely with our Early Childhood Teacher to nurture children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.
You'll become part of a close-knit team who support each other, learn from each other, and love coming to work. Our team is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish through play-based learning and strong, supportive relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning and development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels excited to learn and grow.
- Build strong connections with children and their families, supporting their educational journey every step of the way.
- Team up with fellow educators to plan and coordinate engaging lessons and activities.
- Keep track of each child's progress, offering feedback and support where needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
What We're Looking For:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- A strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A true team player with a passion for working with young children.
- Valid WA Working with Children's Check.
- National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
