Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive pay with a minimum of 5% above the award rate, as well as 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and six weeks paid parental leave. You'll also receive better pay, retail discounts, and two wellbeing days included in your personal leave per year.
Job Description
This role is based at Goodstart Sheidow Park Young Street in Adelaide. As an Educator, you will be part of a team providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to five years old. You will work closely with other educators and support staff to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), as well as strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You must also hold a current SA Working with Children Check.
