We operate Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6.00pm, providing a safe and inclusive space for young learners.
Job DescriptionWe're looking for dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a Casual basis (as required). You'll be instrumental in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners, working closely with our Early Childhood Teacher to nurture children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Craft and deliver engaging activities that inspire learning and development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels excited to learn and grow.
- Build strong connections with children and their families, supporting their educational journey every step of the way.
- Team up with fellow educators to plan and coordinate interactive lessons and activities.
- Monitor each child's progress, offering feedback and support where needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
You will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- A strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A true team player with a passion for working with young children.
- Valid WA Working with Children's Check.
- National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
