Enterprise Risk Manager

As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Your key responsibilities will include consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress, demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, maintaining long-term client relationships and networks, and cultivating business development opportunities.

  • Advising clients to understand and manage their business risks and verifying the validity of their business information.
  • Providing internal audit services to help clients align their internal audit strategy to the broader business strategy, conducting assessments and diagnostics, developing and executing internal audit transformations, and delivering outsourcing or co-sourcing services.
  • Offering recommendations to clients on risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and analysing operational or enterprise risks for an organization.
  • Analysing new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and helping clients address compliance, financial, and operational risks.
  • Performing internal control testing, developing internal audit plans, and providing internal audit services on an outsourcing basis.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree qualification in finance, business, accounting or related discipline.
  • Professional accreditations and qualifications will also be considered favourably (CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP certification within one year of hire).
  • May require travel to serve client needs.
