We're seeking a skilled and experienced specialist to join our team in constructing and maintaining high-voltage electricity transmission networks across various sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing network maintenance inspections, climbing transmission structures safely and efficiently, interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and maps, and operating plant and equipment as required for project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Construct and maintain high-voltage transmission lines
- Perform network maintenance inspections to quality and HSE standards
- Climb transmission structures safely and efficiently
- Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and maps
- Operate plant and equipment as required for project tasks
The successful applicant will hold a Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead and Electrical Lineworker Licence, current Australian Drivers Licence, OHS Construction Induction card (White/Blue card), ESI Worker; High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogger); First Aid Training, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
