Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Transition and Assessment Coordinator. This position requires an individual who can administer risk assessment tools, work collaboratively with clients, and possess a deep understanding of transition and reintegration issues.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that the prison meets its service delivery outcomes and adheres to relevant policies.
