At Everyday Independence, we're passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential. As a Child and Family Allied Health Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in helping kids overcome challenges and achieve great outcomes.
Job DescriptionAs a highly skilled Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist, you'll work exclusively with children and families in our exciting new roles. You'll be part of an exclusive child and family team, working closely with early childhood Key Workers under a key worker model for children aged 0-8 years and other allied health practitioners for children up to 14 years.
- You'll become a highly effective social model therapist, assisting children in building confidence and skills in their everyday environments, whether it's at home, school, the playground, or during their hobbies.
- Our Child and Family Allied Health Practitioners play a vital role in helping children and their families get great outcomes from their NDIS funded therapy services.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in occupational therapy or speech pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
