Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a Senior FPGA Architecture Lead to join our technology team in Sydney.

The position involves leading the design, verification, and implementation of hardware-accelerated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and architect FPGA solutions to accelerate critical areas of trading infrastructure.
  • Manage and mentor a team of FPGA engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions from board level to API, and deploy into production environments.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and traders to integrate hardware and software solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in FPGA design and architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, or HLS.
  • Prior experience with Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of financial markets or trading systems is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Natural curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to innovate and push technology forward.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in engineering and finance, offering opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
