Job Description

Susquehanna International Group is seeking an experienced FPGA Lead Engineer to join their technology team. This role involves leading the design and development of hardware-accelerated solutions and managing a team of FPGA engineers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of FPGA design and architecture, as well as experience with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog or HLS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design solutions to accelerate key areas of our infrastructure including hardware selection and key functional blocks
  • Oversee and mentor a team of engineers in the design, verification, and implementation of RTL designs using VHDL.
  • Implement solutions from the board to API and deploy out to a production environment
  • Interact with software teams to capture and design solutions in hardware
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Expertise in FPGA design and architecture
  • Experience with VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog or HLS
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with software teams
