Job Title: Pathways Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Pathways Coordinator. The successful candidate will lead and manage proactive, credible, and high-quality procedures, processes, and programs aimed at achieving excellent student outcomes through career and pathway guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development of career development programs, distance education opportunities, and university opportunities.
  • Oversee the SET Planning process and ensure its alignment with college goals.
  • Provide one-on-one career guidance to students, helping them navigate their academic and professional paths.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Education degree and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher qualification.
  • Recent teaching experience, preferably with applicable career guidance experience.
  • Experience working with the TASS system is an advantage.
