Role Overview

The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the commercial team in planning and executing brand marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospects for our clients.

This role will also involve handling regional ESG-related duties based on corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Marketing
    • Collaborate with the corporate branding department to plan and run campaigns targeting critical accounts across the Oceania region.
    • Develop and deliver tailored content, digital experiences, and outreach that resonate with decision-makers.
    • Experiment with various channels, including outbound, content, and events, to drive pipeline and conversion.
    • Manage marketing performance with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI).
  • ESG
    • Oversee ESG data platforms to ensure accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness.
    • Integrate climate-related risk and opportunity analysis into business planning and budgeting processes.
    • Benchmark performance and engage with industry peers to drive continuous improvement.
    • Provide insights to inform policy responses and regulatory engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to producing marketing materials, signage journeys, developing, and executing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented professional with a passion for marketing.
  • Project management expertise, including defining, tracking, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), respecting project timelines and milestones.
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
Candidate Profile

A motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to producing marketing materials, signage journeys, developing, and executing strategies.
