Job Description

In this role, you'll be the central link between internal teams and auditors, helping us deliver a smooth, timely and transparent audit process. You'll play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating internal and external audit requests across operations
  • Collating and presenting audit information clearly and promptly
  • Testing key administration processes against performance standards
  • Identifying gaps, trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and auditors
  • Supporting compliance with superannuation and industry regulations
  • Presenting audit outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience delivering consistent service within defined standards
  • Strong relationship management and confident presentation skills
  • Attention to detail with solid analytical and planning capability
  • Familiarity with superannuation, insurance and compliance frameworks
  • Tertiary education in Banking, Finance or Commerce (or equivalent)
