About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of conducting business assurance assessments and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business assurance assessments in line with current procedures and within authorised specialism
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary or international assessment teams, ensuring timely and effective audits
  • Produce detailed and accurate assessment reports compliant with accreditation and internal quality requirements
  • Actively promote additional services and foster strong client relationships
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary
  • Identify sales leads and refer them to relevant colleagues
  • Collect and share client feedback to drive improvement initiatives
  • Keep professional competence up to date (CPD, certifications, internal records)
  • Coach and mentor new and developing auditors, contributing to internal training
  • Engage in broader organisational activities such as meetings, product development, and internal projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject
  • Lead Auditor Qualification in ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
  • Qualifications to audit multiple major standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
