Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide strategic financial insights and support the organisation's financial performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a business partner to operational leaders across all business units;
  • Providing financial insights that drive performance, cost control, and pricing strategies;
  • Leading and preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis;
  • Developing and implementing financial models and reporting tools;

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to external reporting, benchmarking, compliance, and systems integration initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA accreditation;
  • 5+ years' experience within a similar role;
  • Experience within the Construction or Engineering industry;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Accounting;
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with Dynamics365 (preferred);
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
