Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Are you an analytical and detail-driven professional seeking a challenging role in finance? Look no further We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing team.

Job Description:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting management packs to stakeholders
  • Delivering timely budget and forecasts that meet strategic and financial deliverables
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Group Finance and external stakeholders
  • Providing commercial and strategic support to the Senior Management Team
  • Monitoring and challenging senior leaders on business performance and forecasts
  • Delivery of internal/external benchmarking and ongoing performance assessment against key competitors
  • Providing input into scoping, analysis, and sign-off of modelled financial benefits for business cases and initiatives
  • Managing ad-hoc financial analysis to drive value into the business
  • Contributing to the development and review of contracts to ensure financial integrity and adherence to Finance policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Economics (CA/CPA preferred)
  • Extensive budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Financial and management reporting experience
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and experience in a business support function
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to prepare and deliver quality reports
  • A strong problem solver with attention to detail
  • Demonstrable systems abilities and a high level of computer literacy, including Advanced Excel spreadsheet and financial modelling
