Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Children's Ministry Developer to enhance our work with primary aged people and below.

This role will lead and develop our Sunday morning discipleship program for kids, building a relational based community where children can gather and learn about faith.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop professionally and be part of a team that shares their passion for knowing and following Jesus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a Sunday morning discipleship program for kids
  • Creating relationally based community opportunities for children to gather and learn about faith
  • Enhancing connections in local primary schools to build relationships and grow our ministry
  • Possibly starting a playgroup or young mums' time to support families and build community
  • Supporting and training a team to work alongside you to achieve our goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for knowing and following Jesus and a love for kids and their potential in faith
  • Alignment with our vision, values and missional heart
  • Capacity to be part of a team and develop professionally
  • Experience in the field will help us determine your suitability
