The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Talent Pool aims to increase workforce diversity, valuing unique perspectives and experiences.
Main Responsibilities- To be eligible, applicants must identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person;
- To provide a written response addressing the role description;
- To include any additional forms or evidence mentioned in the role description;
Applicants will remain in the Talent Pool for 12 months. Registration does not guarantee employment.
Eligibility Criteria- Identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person; and/or
- Is of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent; and
- Is accepted by the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community in which they live;
This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Anti-Discrimination Act.
