The Customer Care Officer will be the first point of contact for our In-Home Service clients, providing a superior customer experience through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in Aged Care Services or a similar field, with strong planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a busy team.
