About the Role

In this exciting position, you will operate and deliver on our motorcycle as the face of our trusted business, connecting Australians every day. You will work autonomously on the road, interacting with others, being a team player, and enjoying a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort mail and small parcels at the facility, starting your day early alongside your teammates.
  • Complete daily vehicle safety checks to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
  • Loading your vehicle with deliveries is an essential part of your role.
  • You will be delivering outdoors in all weather conditions to homes and businesses.
  • As part of your professional development, you will be paired with experienced Rider Mentors.
Requirements
  • You must hold a full or probationary Australian motorcycle license.
  • You will need to pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment.
  • Flexibility is key in this role; you may be required to work additional hours if needed.
  • A great memory, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 16kg of mail and parcels regularly are essential qualities.
  • Additionally, you must meet our safe working load limit of 100kg or less.
