Job Title: Wellbeing & Injury Support Specialist
">- Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing & Injury Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide expert support and guidance in wellbeing and injury management, ensuring seamless delivery of our Return to Work Program and Health & Wellness Program.
- Assist the WHS Manager and broader Enterprise Risk team with administrative duties, including case management, record keeping, and communication.
- Undertake workplace ergonomic assessments and promote health and wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Relevant diploma qualification or extensive equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Knowledge and experience of workers compensation legislation, rehabilitation, and return to work processes.
- SIRA Return to Work Coordinator Certificate.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
