We are seeking a skilled Employment Solutions Specialist to support our participants in achieving their career goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives, working collaboratively with employers and stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions.
Main Responsibilities- To identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local businesses
- Supporting individuals to develop the skills needed to become job-ready
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery while adhering to contractual requirements
- Enhancing participants' employability through training and support referrals
- Developing personalized job plans to facilitate clear employment pathways
- Fostering positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Australian work eligibility
- A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
