Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and ensure a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to everyone who enters the office, while efficiently managing phone enquiries and visitor queries.
- Maintain the reception area to high standards of cleanliness and organisation, reflecting our business's commitment to excellence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings seamlessly, handle mail distribution accurately, and provide administrative support across multiple teams.
- Support various departments as needed, including ad hoc projects or events that require front-of-house coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, visitors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Strong written communication abilities for drafting emails or correspondence clearly and politely when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Outstanding organisational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
