Senior Clinical Care Leader

As a senior clinician, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care to residents. This role involves developing and implementing resident care plans that cater to individual needs.
This position requires strong clinical leadership skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to inform resident care planning.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care provision.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to support their growth and development.
A relevant nursing degree and current AHPRA registration are essential for this role.
Previous experience in aged or community care is desirable, but not mandatory.
