
Senior Healthcare Provider

As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will deliver exceptional person-centred care to residents in our aged care facilities. Your clinical expertise and compassion will enable you to tailor care to individual needs.
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively with residents, families, and health professionals to ensure high-quality care and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans that reflect resident needs and preferences.
- Clinical Assessment & Service Delivery: Perform advanced clinical assessments, medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Resident Relationships: Build meaningful relationships with residents as a trusted part of their daily lives.
- Goal-Oriented Care: Collaborate with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to align care plans with individual goals and improve quality of life.
- Advocacy & Communication: Liaise with residents, families, and health professionals to advocate for residents' rights and preferences.
- Team Collaboration & Supervision: Guide and support other Nurses and Care Workers to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Holistic Practice: Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practices to address physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, standards, and facility policies, including the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing with current registration.
- Experience: Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, with strong time management; aligned with our values (compassionate, respectful, imaginative, bold).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability: Manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attributes: Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older residents.
- Previous Experience: RN experience in aged or community care is highly desirable; applicants from other healthcare settings transitioning to Aged Care are welcome.
