Job Title: Clinical Nurse Leader - Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our care team in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and deliver effective care plans.

Job Description:

Clinical Leadership:

  • You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • You will take the lead in providing clinical services, including sharp clinical assessment skills and decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Nursing Experience:

  • You will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.

Education and Registration:

  • You will hold a nursing degree with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
