We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Redington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with companies in need of staffing.

Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.

You will also be responsible for effectively communicating the benefits and unique value propositions of our recruitment solutions to potential clients, as well as developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions relevant to recruitment and staffing, and use market insights to identify growth opportunities and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in need of staffing.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
