
Clinical Nurse Expert

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert clinical guidance and support to healthcare professionals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing clinical education programs for aesthetic portfolio products;
- Providing training and technical support to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective administration of Galderma's aesthetic portfolio;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of training plans and events;
- Mentoring and coaching National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers to enhance their skills and expertise;
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with national and state regulations, as well as company policies and protocols.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of aesthetics and dermatology, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (Div 1 Registered Nurse);
- Experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
