Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service by greeting clients and creating memorable experiences with a warm and professional disposition.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Previous corporate service experience is highly regarded.
  • Ability to bring warmth and strength to the role, ensuring all interactions with reception are positive and professional.
  • Confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms, including Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
