About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our virtual health teams and improve recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and the ability to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead virtual health teams to enhance recruitment, training, and patient care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and assess education programs and staff development initiatives.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities and uphold ethical practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A registered nursing degree and 3+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs.
