About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within the Division of Rehabilitation Aged and Community Services. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and providing clinical guidance to clinicians across various sites and expertise areas.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and skills to support clients in rehabilitation, aged care, and community health settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinicians across multiple sites and expertise areas.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Support staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Social Worker under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
