Culinary Operations Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Culinary Operations Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
This position involves preparing and cooking food, including rice, pasta, lasagna, and desserts, as well as packing and labelling food products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and equipment, ensuring that all procedures, rules, and regulations are complied with.
You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Cooking and preparing food according to established recipes and standards
- Packing and labelling food products for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Inspecting product quality, weight, size, and shape
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Communicating effectively with colleagues
- Previous experience in similar roles and working environments
- A NSW Drivers License and own transport (an advantage)
- The ability to work physically demanding duties at a fast pace
