Role Overview
As a Service Centre Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our legal practice groups. Your primary focus will be on responding to requests, performing first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support, and ensuring timely actioning of allocated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and technical tools.
- Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT issues, escalating as required.
- Manage firm IT assets, including maintenance of registers and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with support teams to drive resolution and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Operational Requirements:
- Ensure efficient operation of office IT equipment, including setup and management of new employees' assets.
Security Considerations:
- Maintain the security of firm services in accordance with best practices and policies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular updates to the Helpdesk supervisor on outstanding tickets, trending issues, and AV meeting setups.
