About the Role

We seek compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers.

You'll make a real difference in people's lives, working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities. As a Care Worker, your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • In-home personal care and daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Providing care according to client care plans
  • Supporting social and community engagement
  • Assistance with transport for shopping and appointments

What Makes a Difference for Us

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
  • Current driver's license and willingness to drive during work hours
