Support Worker Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers.

  • This is a long-term opportunity for casual employment with benefits and awards.
  • The successful applicants will typically be offered regular hours with one participant, without multiple location travel each day.
  • Positions are based on a 24/7 roster, including day/evening shifts, weekends, and sleep over shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in supporting people with complex needs is desirable but not compulsory, as extensive training is provided.

Support Workers will have access to training, buddy shifts, team meetings, open lines of communication, and guidance and support from Team Leaders.

Aura Lifestyles also offers direct and confidential access to an Employee Assistance Program for work-related and personal matters.
